I phoned DJS when we had a problem with the cistern continually running. Darren came round the same day. Due to the incompetence of the company who originally fitted the toilet it was not possible to remove the cistern because there was no space between the cistern lid and the work surface. This was just before new years day so I was not expecting a speedy replacement. However Darren messaged me on new years eve to say he had sourced a replacement and he fitted it that week. Darren was quick to respond to advert of job also kept me up to date what time would arrive and cost of job. Did a good job clean and tidy after himself.
