He came to my house and said he will have a look , didn’t say this will be the price told me what the problem was and said he will give me a quote as it was just the tap that’s the problem but didn’t tell me it would cost me £65 just for him to come have a look and just turn my water off , then said how will you pay today ? I phoned DJS when we had a problem with the cistern continually running. Darren came round the same day. Due to the incompetence of the company who originally fitted the toilet it was not possible to remove the cistern because there was no space between the cistern lid and the work surface. This was just before new years day so I was not expecting a speedy replacement. However Darren messaged me on new years eve to say he had sourced a replacement and he fitted it that week.
