I phoned DJS when we had a problem with the cistern continually running. Darren came round the same day. Due to the incompetence of the company who originally fitted the toilet it was not possible to remove the cistern because there was no space between the cistern lid and the work surface. This was just before new years day so I was not expecting a speedy replacement. However Darren messaged me on new years eve to say he had sourced a replacement and he fitted it that week. I have no hesitation in saying I would contact DJS for any future requirements

Darren was quick to respond to advert of job also kept me up to date what time would arrive and cost of job. Did a good job clean and tidy after himself. Darren was very helpful and good to help me remove old dishwasher to carry it on to the drive to be collected very pleased with the job done.
