  Exceptional builders, clean, tidy and professional

  James and the team are exceptional builders who I cannot recommend enough! Laid out clear expectations of the job and were super communicative for when more work needed to be done on certain areas. The whole team were super polite and tidy, always going the extra mile to ensure they left no trace both inside and outside the property after everyday. Their work speaks for itself, I have been so impressed with both their knowledge and skills on this job. We had a lot of work done both inside and outside the property from damp to repointing so cannot recommend them enough.

  A Dependable, Quality Brickwork and Construction Resource

  We discovered James and DBC when we needed front entryway stone work after a Thames Water leak repair. We found him driving around our neighbourhood and seeing his beautiful work on a major brick project. We contacted him; he promptly came to our home, viewed the problem, provideing us with a reasonable estimate. The weeks of rainy weather delayed the repair for a couple of weeks, but on the first dry day, he scheduled the work on a Saturday morning and, as promised, did an excellent repair job, including sourcing the replacement stone. We highly recommend him and will use him again.

  Really high-quality work delivered professionally by James and his team

  We’re extremely happy with the brickwork completed by James and his team, who rebuilt our 12m front garden wall with seven pillars and an 8m side wall. The team were on site early every day, worked efficiently and professionally, and delivered a very high-quality finish that has attracted numerous compliments from neighbours. The site was kept neat and tidy throughout. James and the team were a pleasure to work with, communicated clearly with us and the neighbours on either side, and we would highly recommend them and be happy to provide a reference.

  My job was a small one: the repair of two cracked piers in my front wall. James and Kara were most helpful and readily understood what I was seeking to achieve. Their quotation was prompt and reasonable. James was also prompt on the day scheduled for the repair and undertook the work, neatly, cleanly and without fuss. I would readily use his expertise again should occasion arise.

  New window opening (cut in exterior wall) width lintel.

  Hired James and his team to create an opening for a new window in our existing exterior wall. The work was completed efficiently on the agreed date and for the quoted price, paid via bank transfer. All based to the spec we gave: the opening was insulated properly and covered with plywood. Rubbish was cleared, and the area was protected with film to minimize dust in the house. Afterward, I spotted minor gaps in the insulation joints (missed because of night-time). I informed James, and the next day, they returned to add more foam, keeping our home warm until the new window arrives. Recommend!
