  New window opening (cut in exterior wall) width lintel.

  Hired James and his team to create an opening for a new window in our existing exterior wall. The work was completed efficiently on the agreed date and for the quoted price, paid via bank transfer. All based to the spec we gave: the opening was insulated properly and covered with plywood. Rubbish was cleared, and the area was protected with film to minimize dust in the house. Afterward, I spotted minor gaps in the insulation joints (missed because of night-time). I informed James, and the next day, they returned to add more foam, keeping our home warm until the new window arrives. Recommend!

  Garden wall, repointing and replacement steps.

  We were really pleased with the work done. Left the site clean and tidy. Job was hampered by the rain but otherwise completed quickly without unnecessary delay. Excellent communication.

  The response to my request for a quote was very quick. Throughout the process the office team and James were very good at keeping me up to date. The work was done well and everything was kept neat. James was very good at keeping me updated when I wasn't at home. He built a small wall replacing a previous one which was no longer there and mended a broken fence panel.

  A truly superb firm

  This is the second piece of work James and the team have completed for us and in complete honesty if I could give them ten stars I would. The work involved the re-mortaring of a substantial portion of garden wall that borders a public byway. The absolute professionalism and care James and the team put into their work is beyond compare, but most of all they care. They care about the work they do and they care about their customer, they genuinely care and that is so rare these days. We will be using James and the team again, indeed now we wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you!

  Very professional, reliable and flexible

  We had an RSJ installed in the summer- James and his team were flexible and easy to work with throughout, particularly when having to rearrange last minute due to neighbours raising noise concerns on a bank holiday. Very professional- highly recommend. Thanks again to James and his team
