James understood our needs and did a more thorough job than what other traders were quoting us. The team also cleaned up thoroughly and didn’t leave until we confirmed we were happy with the job and if we wanted any tweaks.

James and his team have done an amazing job for us. They recently carried out a substantial project involving the demolition of an existing wall and replacing it with a high quality new wall complete with piers. In addition James built retaining walls and created a terraced landscaping area. James’s attention to detail was outstanding, him and his team were always punctual, communicated very well and left the site each day immaculate. It is clear they take pride in their work and really care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend DBC

James and his team Dan, Granit and Shane worked very hard and did a fantastic job on my end of terrace Victorian house. Not only that, they were all trustworthy, super polite and respectful leaving things neat and tidy at the end of the day. Kara who looks after the admin was super-efficient and polite. xx Couldn’t recommend DBC more highly in terms of professionalism and quality of workmanship at a competitive price. I’ll ask them back again if anything else needs doing. (I’ve had lots of compliments on the work done from people passing by.)

We were glad to have our pillar done by the guys at distinctive brickwork. The top of the pillar had become loose and was in danger of following over. Not only was the work done to a good standard, but the professionalism and transparency from the start regarding how long it would take and costing was hugely appreciated.

Highly recommend James - we needed a small job doing and he was super reliable, fairly priced and did the job to a high standard We’ll definitely consider James for future repointing jobs!
