Although Trade came quickly to assess the garden, he never provided a quote. I followed up with three phone calls - each time he promised to sort it out urgently - but nothing ever happened. His office assistant didn’t respond to my follow up calls, (office assistant said it is better to reach them by phone). Really good and efficient experience. Owner came to visit property to measure up and offer advice. Team worked quickly and professionally to get the work done. New wall looks great.

James and his team were all very helpful, clean, tidy and punctual. The disruption was minimal and they have done an excellent job of repointing the front of our house, repainting the tiles, restoring and replacing rotten wood and repainting where necessary. We are delighted with the whole project and would recommend them to anyone needing these services.

I called James around 0830 and explained that I needed some screws removed from porcelain tiles. It wasn't a complex job and was only 6 screws but not something that we had the tools for. James arranged for his builders to come by 11am and in 10 mins the screws were gone. Highly impressed with the speed, efficiency and the professional service received. Communication from James was excellent and being able to squeeze in our silly little job was highly appreciated. This was the second time James carried out some brick repairs and again he did an excellent job. He matched the new pillar to the old ( which he rebuilt some years )so I now have driveway which is clean and tidy. He is my "go to builder" for any future jobs

We had the flat roof over the kitchen replaced, the house fully rendered front and back, and the downstairs floor taken up to replace water damaged beams before relaying the floor. James and his team were fantastic, we were kept informed of what needed to be done and how the work was progressing throughout the job. The quality of their work was perfect as they take real pride in what they do and the price was very fair for the work completed. They’re a really respectful, polite and pleasant company that we will happily use for future works.
