The owner, of the business, Elliott, is extremely professional, helpful, always available to speak, when I've needed to. I have regular updates, videos, photos of work being carried out.   Very thorough and helpful. Sought out and dealt with all problems (more than first thought!), and I now have pretty much a new roof. Good communication as regards timing i.e.when they'd arrive; took my presence/absence into consideration.
