We couldn’t be happier with the roof that was just completed on our property by Direct Roofing. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The job looks clean, solid and finished to a high standard. The team showed up on time and kept our property clean and tidy at the end of every day. Communication was excellent throughout and I feel reassured to know the job was done right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable roofing work.

From the first meeting to the last the guys were polite, very punctual, informative, and never pressuring. They kindly explained clearly the work to carry out and yes they did find more issues beyond the initial job BUT it was very clear once they removed several rows of tiles that the work did need further attention and kindly made safe what they started on and allowed me time to work out what to do and quickly arranged the revised job to continue. They all were very tidy and swept up each day removing the waste and vast majority of the dirty laying around.

We discovered water running down a bedroom wall after a big rain storm. On investigation I found a gaping hole in the roof where there were missing tiles. I could see through the roof from the loft space. Direct roofing came and inspected the roof, taking pictures so I could see what was going on. To my horror several tiles had been removed and stacked in the gully by a previous roofing company. After accepting the quote, Direct Roofing came two days later & completed the work. Again they took pictures of their work to prove to me that it had been done. They are very professionally.

Elliott and his team were great. Very efficient, tidy and courteous. Very happy with our gate especially, very good quality. Great attention to detail at every stage. Would definitely recommend.
