  Sorting out a bathroom leak quickly

  John came promptly, at very short notice, to my bathroom leak. He made it safe straight away, then came back on both of the next two days to put the situation right and improve the whole setup. He explained everything clearly. I will use him again.

  Fitting the pipework for a dishwasher

  John was great kept me updated on everything from looking at the job to completing it. John was very polite and left everything clean and tidy once the work was completed and a great price too compared to other quotes I received a love gentleman would definately use again have saved his number in my phone

  Professional and good value for money

  My toilet flush was no longer working. Alex from Direct Plumbing successfully replaced the faulty part. His communication was always prompt and useful, and the job was completed professionally. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend him for similar jobs in the future

  Burst pipe

  John came out and gave us a really good explanation of the work needed to be carried out, he then did all the work to a high standard and at a great price. Woukd highly recommend and use again

  John was great with communication. Gave a date & timeslot and arrived to complete the job. was friendly and explained everything. was grateful for such a good service having being let down by others. Would recommend.
