  John was fantastic, he took on some very tricky jobs for me at short notice. The standard of his work was excellent and very competitively priced. I will definitely be using him in the future and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others.

  Fixing leak in toilet

  John was very helpful and did an excellent job fixing the toilet. He needed some parts so he returned the following morning (Saturday) to make sure it was done. He let us know when he was going to arrive and also charged a very fair price.

  John texted me with 20 mins of me asking Checkatrade. He arrived when he said he would with a colleague called Luka. Both were friendly, excellent and explained exactly what they were doing. Checked with me to ensure that I was happy with what I needed and was suggested. Job done within the hour-fair price.

  Small domestic problems quickly solved

  I had a dripping tap and a toilet cistern leaking into the bowl. Direct Plumbing turned up exactly in the time window, and texted me with a more exact ETA closer to the time. They offered me options for both problems, completed the jobs within an hour, and were great about preventing my cat escaping. Would definitely use again.

  Washing machine relocation

  I would highly recommend Direct Plumbing. From the start, they provided excellent communication and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the work required. Even though our plumbing issue was quite complex, the job was completed with the utmost professionalism and skill. I will certainly call them again for any future plumbing needs.
