John was the only tradesmen that bothered to turn up out of quite a few that I had contacted.he Was friendly and nice to communicate with . sorted all my problems with fitting the new cylinder which wasn't easy . turned up when he said he would and kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on. all done in the time he said really happy with his service would definitely recommend direct plumbing and heating to anyone that needs work doing.

John was fantastic, he took on some very tricky jobs for me at short notice. The standard of his work was excellent and very competitively priced. I will definitely be using him in the future and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Really quick response to initial enquiry, and speedy appointment to rectify the fault, very reasonable price, very good workmanship, would definitely recommend them.
