Reliable, punctual, fast but quality work throughout the whole job. Kept me updated, responded quickly to any queries that arose. Honest and workers had a good attitude and work ethic. Russ and the team removed a tonne of waste from my garden, including taking down a small wall, then put patio and turf over top. Patio was laid perfectly, in the design I wanted and cut to size down a diagonal path. Communication from the start was great, including a hour at my garden going over what I wanted, then through to getting specific patio slabs chosen. Team kept me updated during the job, were happy to answer my questions and were overall great! The team assessed the state of a large shed / summerhouse at one location then built a base for it and moved it to a second. The work was really nicely done given it was second hand, rotten areas or weaker parts repaired with extra parts for a good end product. They were respectful of our property and polite, explaining things when asked and giving opinions, then asking about decisions. Communication was generally good but did fail to communicate a change in start date initially - a phone call sorted this.
