Called as boiler not working (my fault) as had unwittingly unplugged control panel in airing cupboard. Engineer arrived same morning - he recognised and fixed problem immediately. Kevin Dinsdale plumbing is my regular Boiler Service company, today I had a different problem when a tap snapped off in en suite in early hours of the morning. I tried to contact original installer without success. Then contacted Kevin just after 8.30. I isolated the water system and central heating. A difficult situation as my wife is disabled. Kevin requested photos, which I supplied. ,he offered 3 taps to choose from and promised the work would be completed today. Job location: TS8Dinsdale installed a new boiler for me last year and came again this week to do the annual service. They are always very professional, polite & tidy. I'm very happy with their service & would definitely recommend them.
