Called as boiler not working (my fault) as had unwittingly unplugged control panel in airing cupboard. Engineer arrived same morning - he recognised and fixed problem immediately. Would highly recommend this firm of professional and very pleasant engineers

Kevin Dinsdale plumbing is my regular Boiler Service company, today I had a different problem when a tap snapped off in en suite in early hours of the morning. I tried to contact original installer without success. Then contacted Kevin just after 8.30. I isolated the water system and central heating. A difficult situation as my wife is disabled. Kevin requested photos, which I supplied. ,he offered 3 taps to choose from and promised the work would be completed today. The engineer arrived at 9.45 with all necessary requirements and work completed by 11.00 am. Fantastic Job. So grateful.

Recently had Dinsdale out to service my boiler and fit a new kitchen tap. Got an appointment quickly and when they came out they were very professional and the work was completed to a high standard.

Plumber was on time and completed the work efficiently.

Dinsdale installed a new boiler for me last year and came again this week to do the annual service. They are always very professional, polite & tidy. I'm very happy with their service & would definitely recommend them.
