Job location: B45DDA were excellent from start to finish. The person who called to explain the process was clear, kind and professional (Thursday), then the person who called, as planned, to confirm the roster/booking was equally so (Friday), then Richard, the technician who came to quote and carry out the work (Monday) was professional, respectful and efficient. A pleasure to have at the house.
