My first point of contact was Elaine who was so friendly and so helpful!! We live in Cornwall & needed help for uncle who was having problems with his TV and was quite upset and frustrated and with us being so far away it was so comforting to speak to Elaine who explained that these situations wasn't unusual for their company and they would look after my uncle. I was kept informed about when the engineer would visit & he called me when he arrived. The gentleman was amazing with my uncle and did the work immediately & was so kind.
