Job location: CV34They made contact with me within ten minutes of me posting the job. Elain from the office was polite and helpful; she rang back the day before my appointment to confirm the time they would be coming. Rob the fitter, rang to say he would be with me in ten minutes and he arrived spot-on he was also polite and helpful. He did the work with no fuss he even removed his boots. Very happy with the service. Came at time he said he would. Very polite and efficient. Vacuumed up after work was finished. Also lady who we spoke to initially on the phone to arrange visit was very polite and helpful.
