David asked us immediately what our ongoing problems were as we aren't good with technology. We explained sometimes there was no sound. sometimes pages failed to appear. He told us about the different remotes and how they should be treated carefully and separately. We hadn't known that before. He explained everything and even duplicated some of the problems we'd been experiencing. He couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you so much David. its all so clear now !

Company very informative about time of arrival and quick response to my request.

Initial glitch over communication with the company but they responded immediately. Contractor arrived at the correct time. Gave quotation and did the work there and then. He was polite and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. Consulted me throughout the work to check on height etc. Work completed cleanly and tidily. Would recommend highly.

The engineer kept to time and kept me updated about arrival. Not the cheapest. A bit more attention to detail and less rush would’ve been appreciated.

Richard turned up to fit our new aerial, he was very polite & friendly, he explained how much the job would cost, so I agreed & told him to go ahead. He was extremely efficient & the job was done in no time. Well done Digital Direct Aerials.
