An overall great experience with Diamond Lofts. Scott understood exactly what was required for our tiny loft space and was very accommodating and understanding to our suggestions to squeeze out as much storage space as possible. We had some very inflated estimates from more nationwide companies and Scott cut through all that with his sensible costings. The job was completed yesterday with efficiency, politeness and expertise. Our tiny loft is now accessible, well lit and expertly boarded. Scott even spent time fully explaining how to fold the ladder up and down!

Scott did some work for us replacing a loft ladder, the complete thing from opening up the hole, putting up new edging, additional support, new ladder, etc. He took his time to really nail down the details ensure absolutely snaggy bits, proper fit, etc. Absolutely fantastic chap to deal with, super reliable, every word he said/promised, he did, very professional. The gold standard of tradesmen. A1+++

Scott visited and gave clear, practical recommendations on improving the insulation and raising the loft boards, all at a very reasonable cost. Despite our tight schedule, he managed to fit us in and got the work done on time. Communication was excellent, with everything explained clearly, and I also appreciated the helpful chat about other options. He even spotted details I hadn’t thought of, such as creating a step after the board is raised to fit my original ladder and properly sealing the loft door. His work with his colleague, Craig, is professional, neat, and finished to perfection.
