  Replacing misted double glazed units

  Have used three times now to replace misted double glazed units and other repairs to hinges and handles. On each occasion, work has been reasonably priced and carried out really well. All timings etc kept to. Would definitely use again.

  Back door no longer locking

  Kevin arrived to check on the work needed within a day of my posting it here; providing me a ball-park quote to replace a lock case on my back door of around £250, telling me it would be ordered for the following week. The following week, Kevin contacted me, telling me the job would be £230. Arrived as planned, not only fixing the case lock, but a problem with the back door not properly hooking into the frame. A friendly chap, explained all he was doing. Would recommend to others for sure.

  UPVC Window replacement

  I have used Diamond Glass and Glazing in the past, and returned for their services to replace the UPVC Windows at my home. They've never let me down. From the initial quotation through to the work completion, Kevin and his colleague done a superb job. Kevin is punctual and very polite. His workmanship is excellent. I'm already considering using them again for another job I have in mind. Thanks Kevin, the windows look fantastic!

  Arranged to come round to quote to replace 3 windows at a time of the company’s choosing. Waited in all morning and they didn’t turn up. On chasing I was told they were delayed and that when they did arrive they couldn’t find parking so they left. They didn’t even call or inform me before leaving. Offered to rearrange, but upon asked to be called next time as I could easily assist with parking if asked, the owner Kevin was rude and told me to find another company. Impolite and wasted my time. Avoid.
