I have used Diamond Glass and Glazing in the past, and returned for their services to replace the UPVC Windows at my home. They've never let me down. From the initial quotation through to the work completion, Kevin and his colleague done a superb job. Kevin is punctual and very polite. His workmanship is excellent. I'm already considering using them again for another job I have in mind. Thanks Kevin, the windows look fantastic!

Arranged to come round to quote to replace 3 windows at a time of the company’s choosing. Waited in all morning and they didn’t turn up. On chasing I was told they were delayed and that when they did arrive they couldn’t find parking so they left. They didn’t even call or inform me before leaving. Offered to rearrange, but upon asked to be called next time as I could easily assist with parking if asked, the owner Kevin was rude and told me to find another company. Impolite and wasted my time. Avoid.

In 2017 I had new windows in two quite crooked rooms and a bathroom installed by Kevin. I was so pleased with his reliability, workmanship and professionalism that this year I had 4 more rooms done, including a fully glazed back door and double French windows. He also installed secondary glazing on two large stained glass windows. He came first to discuss requirements and timing, sent a written estimate, came again to measure accurately and a third time to instal. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin unreservedly.

Kevin replaced several glazing panels which had blown in our flat together with the hinges and locks. He is professional, competent and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
