  Very informative . Went extra mile to ensure no stains on carpet. Left everything clean and tidy. Cable and pipe work very neatly installed.

  Excellent customer service in every way.

  From start to finish Diamond AC’s have been truly outstanding. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that puts their customers first in every way. Andy leads his team strongly from the front delivering servicing for our unit along with advice and help on other problems. His engineers are polite, professional and kept us informed. I was updated with dates and times for visits and they always arrived as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend to all.

  What a very professional company . Right from the initial contact there was great communication. Came out within a week for a quote . Middle range quote however superior service . Two men arrived 0800 and the boss. Within 30 mins the electrician arrived and 3 air con units fitted in one day. The guys were super clean, put down plastic sheeting and cleaned up afterwards . I chose this company after looking on check a trade and looking at reviews which I feel is super important . They had lots of 5 star reviews and I can see why. Email in the evening to check I was happy . Thank you 🙏🏻

  Brilliant service from total professionals

  Andy's installers visited me again today to replace a piece of ducting, all done with total professionalism and in a matter of minutes... this came about because I had new a downpipe installed so certainly no fault of DiamondAC but they came out and resolved the problem anyway. I can't recommend Andy and his team highly enough - truly excellent.
