Leaking water from indoor unit

After the first contact we experienced nothing less than professional and polite/helpful information. Andy arrived less than two hours after speaking and within one hour our AC was running and cold with zero leaks ! We have now got Diamond fitting a second system that was priced on the repair day and will use and recommend Andy to all family and friends.

From initial quote and assessment to communication for scheduling, arrival on time with all equipment required. The team were very personable, consultative and brought me into the discussion when there were a few options. I made a slight change to future proof the refurbishment in the room the aircon was being fitted in and it was no problem. No mess and complete respect of domestic home where the work was undertaken. Top team and quality operation 10/10.

Andy visited to do the quote, it was clear from the start that customer service mattered to him. We planned a location for the units and a suitable route for the pipes. The quote was competitive and we agreed a date and time on the spot. On the installation day, the team (2 fitters and an electrician) arrived early and Andy was there to make sure everything got off to a good start. Carpet protectors were used and the guys used a vacuum as they drilled to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up after. Polite and efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Recommended.
