Diamond AC, led by Andy, installed an AC unit in my bedroom. The initial consultation was excellent - Andy answered all questions quickly and clearly, offering multiple options and explaining the pros & cons of each. The installation was completed to a high standard with minimal disruption. The team were punctual and respectful, tidying up thoroughly afterwards. Andy provided a full demonstration of the unit's features. Aftercare has been excellent, with prompt responses to any queries. Very pleased with the installation of my new air conditioning systems by Diamond AC. From the initial quote through to completion, Andy, Marc, and Dan were professional, courteous, and kept me well-informed throughout. Communication was excellent, the price was competitive, and the standard of finish was outstanding. They even left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Andrew came a couple of days after replying to my request over the weekend. By Tuesday he'd been to the site, fixed our loose connections and all done in under hour. Andrew came last year and fixed a similar issue and didnt even charge us as it was such a quick small issue, so no qualms in paying him this time. A pleasant experience. Would recommend him to anyone.
