Job location: BH17Paul was really good. I had a lock issue on Good Friday, contacted Paul in the morning and he was able to attend site to resolve the issue in the afternoon. I called Paul when my tenant had an issue with the lock, he was so friendly and professional and it was sorted out the same day. He explained beforehand what the problem was likely to be and what to expect in regards of costs.
