  Can't recommend enough.

  Called Paul at 5.00 pm on a Sunday and he arrived less than 1.5 hours later to fix a french door lock and alignment problem. Job was rectified and completed in less than an hour, he provided great service and communication throughout. Can't recommend enough.

  Exceptional Service! I recently had an issue with my back door lock, and Dial a locksmith Poole came to the rescue. From the moment I called, the service was friendly, professional, and fast. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time — all while explaining everything clearly and making sure the door was secure.   Front door lock broken and unable to get into home.

  Paul was so helpful on the day we got locked out of our home due to a broken locking mechanism on the front door. He was with us within half an hour, explained what had happened, got replacement parts and most importantly had us in our home with a new locking system the same day. Paul communicated what he was doing really well and worked quickly and conscientiously.

  Locksmith door lock replaced

  Called this morning and spoke to Paul to explain we couldn’t get out to our garden as the lock had broken on our back door. He was on another call but said he would be able to get to us the same day to have a look. He was here by 3pm and found the issue and repaired it within 10 minutes. Really nice guy and was great value for same day service. Thanks Paul, you have earned a new customer and any one who I know who needs a locksmith, you will be my first referral to them. Cheers
