Paul was punctual, very polite and overall a very nice chap. He came to look at 3 double glazed doors with locks which were not working. One wouldn't lock, one wouldn't open and the other was sticky. He was very professional and solved all our problems very quickly. He had a very pleasant demeanour and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again should we have any problems.
