On a Sunday evening, my mum realised she was locked out with no spare key nearby. After I checked Checkatrade and called a few numbers, Paul came to the rescue! Admittedly, it’s unusual for someone else to call on her behalf, and so I appreciated that Paul asked to verify her ID for security. As she had nowhere else to go, it was a blessing that Paul arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected. Fast, efficient, kind, and professional — he handled the situation with genuine care and urgency. A true lifesaver in a stressful moment. It’s a 10/10 from us, and we’d definitely recommend his services!
