    Matt responded promptly to a drainage emergency situation at our rental property the same evening. He diagnosed the problem and kept us informed about the options, and then fixed it. We were very happy with the result, and we thought his charges were very reasonable, especially given the out-of-hours timing. We would happily use him again and recommend him to others.

    Matt came to sort out our blocked drain on short notice and he was professional and friendly throughout, and also gave advice on follow up steps to ensure there were no further problems. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards and charged a very reasonable price even at weekend rates. I would definitely recommend his services, thank you Matt! 🙂

    Prompt action

    We had a (nearly) blocked drain. The engineer was able to arrange a visit the next day and was prompt and helpful throughout. He explained the problem and was able to fix it, despite having to navigate some difficult access arrangements. He also gave us some useful advice about the drains and how to prevent problems in the future. We would definitely use this company if we needed help again.
