We had a couple of things come up on our survey for the house we are looking to buy, and a camera drain survey was recommended. Contacted Matt who was clear about he could do and how much it would be, which was very reasonable. Property is currently empty so he picked up the keys from the estate agents and gave all drains a thorough check and flushed a blocked one through. He gave me a call when it was all done and explained everything well. Luckily all was good so no further work required. Would recommend and happily use again

DDE came out to our rural property having been contacted earlier in the day to clear a blocked drain & check the septic tank. Within a hour of our phone call they had arrived. Matt is a very personable chap who knows his stuff. I have recently moved to a new house and he was happy to look around and explain the drainage layout to me, which is always useful knowledge. I also had a strange setup under the sink and he was happy to investigate and replace a bung that had popped out letting In smells from the drain. One thing that impressed me is that after rodding and jetting the blocked drain, there was fat residue at the top of the drain and I noticed he even wiped that clean to leave the drain looking like new.
