  Excellent end of tenancy deep clean

  I booked Devam for a full deep clean after my tenant moved out, and I’m very happy with the results. The team were punctual, professional, and worked to a very high standard. The flat was left spotless, including the kitchen, bathrooms, carpets, and appliances. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the service was great value for money. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an end of tenancy clean.

  I was let fine by another company and these guys stepped in at short notice (12 hours!) and delivered an excellent job. My landlord is incredibly difficult and he has no complaints with the work. They were prompt, communicative and carried out work to an excellent standard. Thank you!

  My experience with Devam End Of Tenancy Cleaning LTD was nothing short of excellent. I reached out to them for an end-of-tenancy clean for a 3-bed house, including steam cleaning of carpets. They explained the service very clearly and did an outstanding job, including thorough cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen appliances. The estate agent had no comments afterwards. They offered an excellent service, communicated regularly, and are very flexible, working around your preferred dates - all for a great price and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.   Disappointing

  I sent a video of the entire place but when they came around they increased the price because there was a laundry room. Disappointed with the cleaning. They did a good job with the oven/ fridge/ freezer but otherwise the cleaning was patchy. This would have been fine if I was moving out and needed the flat to be clean enough to get my deposit back, but it wasn’t clean enough to move in.

  We clean and give entirely house in good and tidy position, meanwhile we cleaning there, also work in progress. And cleaning staff leave after the person who checked completely...
