  Disappointing Experience with Lack of Transparency

  I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this company. There were ongoing issues with unclear scope, pricing changes, and concerns about material quality. I regret proceeding without having everything documented in writing. Communication could have been better managed through Checkatrade. As a result, I have lost a significant portion of my payment, and my backyard is in an unsatisfactory condition. I would not recommend this company to anyone who does not want their hard-earned money wasted.
