  From the moment Ben left after our initial Visit I had a good feeling about Design-a-loft. Ben filled me with confidence that his team could build what we were looking to achieve and promised a quote back the same day. Within a few hours I had a comprehensive quote in writing and happily booked his next available slot. Our estimated build time was 12 weeks and this was on time allowing for the Christmas break.   Loft conversion & full width dormer

  I genuinely cannot recommend the team at Design-A-Loft highly enough. Our project has just been completed on time, to budget and to the highest quality. Ben was a great communicator on top of every aspect of the job and kept us informed on what was happening and when from the initial design phase through to tidy up at the end of the works.   Excellent loft conversion

  Ben and his team were excellent throughout the project. They deliver our lift conversation early and on budget, to an excellent standard. Ben’s communication was brilliant and any changes and alterations were flagged early and solutions were offered. There site was kept tidy and neighbours were as content as we were.   Double storey side and part rear extension and garage conversion

  We have had such a great experience with Design-A-Loft. Ben Ames has been fantastic from start to finish and we certainly received a very professional service. There were numerous and conflicting moving parts. Ben managed this seamlessly and professionally, whilst keeping us fully informed every step of the way. Ben was very quick to respond to all our queries and we often received a reply within 5 to 10 minutes. Every contractor working for Design-A-Loft on this project were equally professional, very experienced and beyond helpful. We were happy with everyone who was brought to site.
