Ben was amazing from start to finish. He and his team completed a full loft to bedroom and bathroom conversion, on time and to an excellent standard. Ben managed the whole project, ensuring scaffolders, carpenters, electricians, roofers, tilers and bathroom fitters were here when needed to keep the project moving. Communication was great, with Ben providing a full itinerary before we started and sticking to it throughout. He always let us know what was happening and when. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Ben and his team.

I can honestly say that Ben and his team did not present us with a single problem during our garage conversion into a games room. Throughout the project Ben kept me informed about who would be with me, what times and what they would be doing. All members of his team from carpenters, bricklayers and electricians were super friendly ‘nice guys’ who did what they were there to do and make sure everything was tidy when they left. We recently had a loft conversion carried out in our home in Horsham, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing. Chris and his team were wonderful professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and we always felt informed and reassured. A special mention to Ben, who truly went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his attention to detail really shows in the final result. Brought Ben’s trusted team back a third time to redo an old extension roof and redo the bathroom. Fiddly logistics with many individual trades being coordinated in a small space. Windows, plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics. All the guys were a pleasure to have around and very pleased with the results.

Design-A-Loft recently completed a first floor extension and loft conversion for us. This involves a complete rebuild from scratch of our old roof as it did not have sufficient pitch height. I would (and have been already) recommend Design-A-Loft to anyone looking to do a loft conversion. From first visit through to completion they have been absolutely fantastic. I would happily give them a 11/10 rating. Brilliant company and brilliant people.
