Great guys, experts in their trade, extremely tidy, hard working, very reliable !

From the moment Ben left after our initial Visit I had a good feeling about Design-a-loft. Ben filled me with confidence that his team could build what we were looking to achieve and promised a quote back the same day. Within a few hours I had a comprehensive quote in writing and happily booked his next available slot. Our estimated build time was 12 weeks and this was on time allowing for the Christmas break. I genuinely cannot recommend the team at Design-A-Loft highly enough. Our project has just been completed on time, to budget and to the highest quality. Ben was a great communicator on top of every aspect of the job and kept us informed on what was happening and when from the initial design phase through to tidy up at the end of the works. A great firm and will use them again in the future.

Ben and his team were excellent throughout the project. They deliver our lift conversation early and on budget, to an excellent standard. We have had such a great experience with Design-A-Loft. Ben Ames has been fantastic from start to finish and we certainly received a very professional service. There were numerous and conflicting moving parts. Ben managed this seamlessly and professionally, whilst keeping us fully informed every step of the way. Ben was very quick to respond to all our queries and we often received a reply within 5 to 10 minutes. Every contractor working for Design-A-Loft on this project were equally professional, very experienced and beyond helpful. We were happy with everyone who was brought to site.

Ben is a fantastic communicator, his team are very professional and went above & beyond to provide everything that I wanted as a customer. This included a couple of changes that I requested during the work. Deign-a-loft have a customer focussed approach and they built a bespoke built in wardrobe to cater for my needs.
