  Rats in garden

  From first contact with Liam, any concerns regarding the job and their ability to tackle it were allayed. The job involved liaising with myself and an elderly relative, so reliability and trustworthiness were paramount. Liam is very down to earth, personable, and explained the job and expectations perfectly.

  Squirrel problem

  Suspected squirrels in the loft, Tom came out and they were not in the loft but had made a home in the soffits around the house. He arranged for a colleague to come out and Andy made a bespoke trap on the fence that they were using to gain access. He came out promptly every time to reset it and when confident they were all gone he sealed the hole they were using. Prompt and efficient service throughout and price as quoted even though they came out more than expected. Hopefully I will not need them again, but would certainly use them if I did and can highly recommend, thank you

  Stopped the pests returning

  After 3 weeks of being kept awake by a noisy pest, I found Tom through Check a Trade, he fitted me in quickly and did a thorough investigation of my house, he blocked up the hole and refitted tiles. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even made a second visit at no extra cost. Excellent service and value for money and very friendly and no more sleepless nights. 100% recommend Defender pest control.
