10 Squirrel problem

Suspected squirrels in the loft, Tom came out and they were not in the loft but had made a home in the soffits around the house. He arranged for a colleague to come out and Andy made a bespoke trap on the fence that they were using to gain access. He came out promptly every time to reset it and when confident they were all gone he sealed the hole they were using. Prompt and efficient service throughout and price as quoted even though they came out more than expected. After 3 weeks of being kept awake by a noisy pest, I found Tom through Check a Trade, he fitted me in quickly and did a thorough investigation of my house, he blocked up the hole and refitted tiles. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even made a second visit at no extra cost. Tom was professional and reliable. He communicated well at all stages of the job, arrived on time and didn't leave any mess. He showed us the materials he was going to use and explained the process of installation. The pigeon proofing fitted is both tidy and effective.
