From first contact with Liam, any concerns regarding the job and their ability to tackle it were allayed. The job involved liaising with myself and an elderly relative, so reliability and trustworthiness were paramount. Liam is very down to earth, personable, and explained the job and expectations perfectly.

Suspected squirrels in the loft, Tom came out and they were not in the loft but had made a home in the soffits around the house. He arranged for a colleague to come out and Andy made a bespoke trap on the fence that they were using to gain access. He came out promptly every time to reset it and when confident they were all gone he sealed the hole they were using. Prompt and efficient service throughout and price as quoted even though they came out more than expected. Hopefully I will not need them again, but would certainly use them if I did and can highly recommend, thank you
