He was a friendly and very professional individual, who was contactable and reliable. I would highly recommend him to carry work out for anyone. He went above and beyond, working around my timings for work which was really helpful.

Alex kept me fully informed of the work being undertaken which was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. Not only did he do the damp proofing but also redecorated the work area including tiling. The quote provided was very reasonable and adhered to. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Alex.

I am satisfied with his work, which included DCP injection, backer board installation, and rendering. He paid good attention to detail, and I would recommend him.

From start to finish DECOPLAST, everyone I've dealt with has been great. Alex gave a thorough explanation of the issue and recommended solution - he was happy to answer all the follow up questions I sent him via email! The two lads who removed the plaster were a real credit to the company, polite, on time and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves as did the plasterer the following day. The electrician also did a great job. The work has been finished to a very good standard and I would definately recommend them.

We've carried out a full renovation of our Victorian terrace home and out of all the tradespeople we have used over the last few years, Alex has been the best to deal with. He helped with rising damp around our bay window. Everything was excellent - from communication, to standard of repair, fair pricing, and even fixing a few other minor issues he noticed free of charge (such as a cracks in ceilings and walls etc.). He left the house clean and tidy and has been in touch since to check everything is ok - he looks after you for the long term, truly first class!

Alex was a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond. He advised on damp issues before we bought the house which enabled us to negotiate with the sellers. He then completed the damp proofing work in a timely manner enabling us to move in before Christmas! He also provided general DIY/construction advice which was very helpful considering we were first time buyers!
