  Woodworm treatment of ground floor

  Alex did a great job. Our requirements were quite complicated with some areas of active woodworm in a back room and historical signs of woodworm in other areas of the ground floor suspended timbers. Alex spent time to understand the problem properly before quoting, communicated well and worked around our schedules to complete the job.

  Radiator replacement

  Bespoke cupboard build

  Bespoke cupboard to house a boiler and additional storage space. Chevaun was polite, professional and friendly. He did a tidy job and was considerate of our neighbours, particularly when drilling into a shared wall. Good communication around arrival times, problems and sourcing materials. Very happy with the cupboard. Would use again.

  Built and fitted a bespoke cupboard

  Bespoke cupboard to house a boiler and additional storage space. Aaron provided good advice , input on our design ideas, helped to refine our requirements and kept us informed of an unexpected change to the job start date. His colleagues did a great job measuring up and installing the cupboard. Would use again.

  Replaced bathroom radiator/towel rail.

  Removed an old bathroom radiator, installed a new heated towel rail, fitted new piping, refilled the system and bled all radiators in the property. Also gave advice on future improvements which could be made to plumbing in the bathroom. Good communication for initial job quote. William called me back several times to offer different appointments options. Joe and Ryan were polite and friendly. They very quickly assessed the situation on site, got working without any delay, and clarified placing of the new unit.

  Fitted fused spur for a boiler and installed new double socket (chased into wall).

  Re-routed boiler piping.

  Removed excess cold water piping for a boiler. Mark promptly arranged a site visit, the same day as initial contact, to provide us with several potential solutions to our boiler piping problem. He gave us good explanations of the potential fixes and good advice for how to replace the cupboard housing the boiler. Good communication throughout, provided quotes for several options, friendly and professional.
