  He can locate and fix a boiler fault quickly

  I was without heat and water, and called Dean for help. He came around the same day and fixed my problem. As he was able to rectify and fix the problem quickly, he didn't charge me for the call-out or for his time. What a gent!

  Dean was quick to respond and arranged to visit us on a bank holiday Monday which we really appreciated. The work was carried out quickly once the parts were delivered, Dean also kindly explained what the issue was as well as what repairs were involved. I would certainly recommend his services.

  Couldn't recommend Dean enough for his prompt response, courtesy and workmanship. Both services completed on time and to original quote. Left both houses tidy and clean and would definitely reach out to him again for any additional work following our house moves
