I was without heat and water, and called Dean for help. He came around the same day and fixed my problem. As he was able to rectify and fix the problem quickly, he didn't charge me for the call-out or for his time. What a gent!

Punctual professional workmen ship clean the cost as I expected and most of all trustworthy.

Dean was quick to respond and arranged to visit us on a bank holiday Monday which we really appreciated. The work was carried out quickly once the parts were delivered, Dean also kindly explained what the issue was as well as what repairs were involved. I would certainly recommend his services.

Dean was friendly (very dog friendly too) explained what it was that needed doing and why. Would definitely use him again for any plumbing work.
