I am so pleased with my bathroom makeover. From start to finish everything was carried out in a very professional way. Dean Taylor Bathrooms were very helpful right from the planning phase of the project through to completion. They advised us what was possible, accompanied us to a suppliers where they helped us choose the most practical and cost effective products for our up grading project. The work was carried out in our holiday let cottage so timing and planning was essential to ensure the work fitted into gaps in the booking schedule. Dean Taylor met the agreed time scale exactly. From the beginning of our experience with the company we felt confident our wishes would be prioritised and that anything we wanted would be possible. Communications were really good and timely. A lot of trouble was taken to keep the rest of the house as clean and usable as possible; at the end of every day all work areas were thoroughly cleaned. We were impressed at the expertise of all members of the team, and felt confident that the work would be safe and well carried out. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the team were great to have around. Izzie, Dean and her team were exceptional. Izzie has excellent listening skills, helping me create a design which suited my property keeping old features, and modernising the rest in a way sympathetic to the cottage. Her artistic vision was spot on. Dean works to very high standards and checks everything . The team were excellent craftsmen and I trusted them implicitly. I will book them for future work and would be reluctant to use anyone else. From the moment Izzy came to carry out a survey of our bathroom we knew that we would be using Dean Taylor Bathrooms. The customer service was fantastic compared to others we had visit. The process of removing the old bathroom and completely moving and changing everything was superb. When Dean came round at the end of the job, he made sure that things he wasn't happy with (that we hadn't noticed) was fix/sorted/finished before he was happy to sign it off.Verified reviewerJob location: LA7
