From Izzy knowing what I wanted before I did, to Dean calling in every day to make sure I was happy, the service was incredible. The choice and quality of products was amazing. All the staff were so respectful of us and our property. Having Phil as the constant was great, we always knew what was happening and he went out of his way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Everything was cleaned away at the end of the day. The level of perfection, attention to detail and professionalism was beyond my expectation. Would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Izzy did all the quotes and visits beforehand and made sure we got exactly what we wanted Dean and team did an excellent and professional job in fitting the bathroom. Came back to sort a couple of snags and promised us they were there to sort any future problems. It took slightly longer than expected because they found a couple of problems they wanted to resolve for us We are now so happy with the result and would definitely recommend them again

My first contact with Dean Taylor Bathrooms was a long conversation with Izzy during which she noted down what we wanted in the bathroom renovation and made several suggestions to help keep to our budget. She visited to take measurements and provide a quote, then spent several hours with us in her showroom helping us to choose wall coverings and fixtures. She was so patient and helpful and never made us feel rushed. Dean and his colleagues completed the work professionally and to a high standard. We're delighted with the finished bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Dean Taylor Bathrooms were very helpful right from the planning phase of the project through to completion. They advised us what was possible, accompanied us to a suppliers where they helped us choose the most practical and cost effective products for our up grading project. The work was carried out in our holiday let cottage so timing and planning was essential to ensure the work fitted into gaps in the booking schedule. Dean Taylor met the agreed time scale exactly. The quality of the work was excellent and the cottage was left clean and tidy suitable for the next guests to book straight in.
