    David takes alot of pride and care in his work and it shows, I didn't feel like it was just a tick box get money job, he went the extra mile and showed consideration of what I wanted. David did a great job and I would definitely recommend him and would use him for future jobs.

    Lack of judgement

    Used wrong paste for wallpaper. Came off the wall and can't be rectified according to wallpaper manufacture messages to me. Has got to be stripped off. 3 rolls £144+ per roll.

    I'm sorry you feel that way, Mrs Hazeltine. You forgot to mention the wallpaper only cost you £187 from eBay. Also that i reimbursed you the wallpaper cost plus the labour cost of which I was not going to charge, so in total, I refunded £280.

DC Painting & Decorating Services. I've been a sole trader for 6 years now with 20 years experience having previously renovated 2 houses of my own and using other skilled trades when required. Every job I undertake is done as if it's my own home. I believe if you say "that is okay" then the job is not done to the best it could be. All work areas, whether at a residential or commercial, should always be as clean & tidy as they can be. No tools or equipment are left laying around for health & safety reasons. At the end of each working day I clean up, so as all customers can live as normally as possible with work being done. I pride myself on completing all works in a timely fashion and to meet the customer's expectations. Working professionally at all times. I am diligent and caring in all environments, with full commitment to all customers, however small or big the job is.

My job satisfaction comes from happy, satisfied customers and being recommended.
