David takes alot of pride and care in his work and it shows, I didn't feel like it was just a tick box get money job, he went the extra mile and showed consideration of what I wanted. David did a great job and I would definitely recommend him and would use him for future jobs.

Lack of judgement

Used wrong paste for wallpaper. Came off the wall and can't be rectified according to wallpaper manufacture messages to me. Has got to be stripped off. 3 rolls £144+ per roll.

I'm sorry you feel that way, Mrs Hazeltine. You forgot to mention the wallpaper only cost you £187 from eBay. Also that i reimbursed you the wallpaper cost plus the labour cost of which I was not going to charge, so in total, I refunded £280.
