  Very friendly and efficient - turning up quickly to the property. Excellent support staff that were very helpful to my mother who is hard of hearing, keeping her informed of when team would be arriving, which was perfect, keeping her worries at bay. Thanks for great service.

  Pest Control needed in new home

  DCL were phenomenal in helping with a pest issue at my newly purchased property. As a complete novice on this, the expertise of the DCL was incredible, and could fully trust them to carry out the work as needed to a very high level. Was very much appreciated and massively put my mind at ease in terms of safeguarding the property from pest issues in the future.

  Quickly found that our rat problem was caused by broken drain - sorted and repaired super quick which cured the problem.

  From the initial contact, quoting and execution of the work, Desi has has been delivering outstanding service. Desi’s knowledge and approach to treating the problem exceeded my expectations and we are fully satisfied with the handling of the problem. I had several other companies previous to Desi coming out to find a resolution to my problem, unfortunately to no affect. When I contacted Desi, he came out & carried out a thorough survey and explained all the options to me. I have no hesitation in recommending DCL Pest Control.
