  The DCL team assessed the problem and advised in a solution. They initially concreted gaps in the path where rats were tunnelling into the drains. They then returned to dismantle the decking where rats were active, cleared away all debris and put down appropriate bait. We were kept informed throughout.

  It is remarkable the amount of knowledge Desi and his team have. Hands down ... this is the company to use if you have a problem with drains or rodents. I purchased a house with major issues. Main waste pipe leaking and rodents had moved into the upstairs loft. I am so glad someone recommended this company to me. Desi knows his stuff and can basically sort anything. The whole team are passionate about what they do. I honestly cannot praise this company enough. I'm all sorted now. You will not regret using this company. A++++

  Very friendly and efficient - turning up quickly to the property. Excellent support staff that were very helpful to my mother who is hard of hearing, keeping her informed of when team would be arriving, which was perfect, keeping her worries at bay. Thanks for great service.

  Pest Control needed in new home

  DCL were phenomenal in helping with a pest issue at my newly purchased property. As a complete novice on this, the expertise of the DCL was incredible, and could fully trust them to carry out the work as needed to a very high level. Was very much appreciated and massively put my mind at ease in terms of safeguarding the property from pest issues in the future.

  Presence of rats near garage

  Quickly found that our rat problem was caused by broken drain - sorted and repaired super quick which cured the problem.
