The first visit was for an inspection. Des was friendly, knowledgeable and talked in terms that I understood. Cameron then came to lay some cement to stop access to rats. This involved taking the fence down between my property and the neighbours, which wasn't very well received. The job was carried out without incident, and again, they were very knowledgeable. The final time they had to lay more concrete as these rats are very persistent. They fitted me in quickly and did the job with no hassle. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the engineers were helpful and professional.

Cameron came to do some more work for us, as we had previously discussed. As before, he was polite and friendly and gave clear explanations of the work carried out.

We contacted this company to assess our drains and take any preventative measures to stop rats getting into our property. Cameron was very knowledgeable and fitted a rat guard, as well as checking the exterior of the property. We were very impressed with his work.

DLC pest control came out as we were concerned with rats in our loft and were informed that they could be coming up through the drains . They completed a through inspection and suggested a rat trap on one of our drains. All work was completed in 2 days as they needed to order the correct trap. Very prompt and efficient service. I called this local company because I suspected rodents in our loft. They came out the same day, kept me informed exactly when they would arrive. Inspected the loft, set up new traps and made use of existing and set up bait stations, also checked outside of property and advised issues to be addressed to prevent any further issues. Cameron was excellent, explaining everything very clearly, he was friendly, polite and helpful, so pleased I used this company.
