From my initial conversation on the phone to the site visit, DCL were excellent. I was also acting on behalf of my neighbour to solve a rodent issue. They clearly explained everything on the day and were super helpful with investigation and the solution of fitting a rate gate. Would highly recommend

The DCL team assessed the problem and advised in a solution. They initially concreted gaps in the path where rats were tunnelling into the drains. They then returned to dismantle the decking where rats were active, cleared away all debris and put down appropriate bait. We were kept informed throughout.

It is remarkable the amount of knowledge Desi and his team have. Hands down ... this is the company to use if you have a problem with drains or rodents. I purchased a house with major issues. Main waste pipe leaking and rodents had moved into the upstairs loft. I am so glad someone recommended this company to me. Desi knows his stuff and can basically sort anything. The whole team are passionate about what they do. I honestly cannot praise this company enough. I'm all sorted now. You will not regret using this company. A++++

Very friendly and efficient - turning up quickly to the property. Excellent support staff that were very helpful to my mother who is hard of hearing, keeping her informed of when team would be arriving, which was perfect, keeping her worries at bay. Thanks for great service.
