Lee from DCL was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve the blockage and then go on to discuss reasons for the root cause of the issue. I’m now looking to get them back for remedial works in near future

I had a leak coming through my roof. Called Des and although he could not come around he talked me through how to isolate the water to stop the water. Brilliant service, will call him definitely next time I need any plumbing work.

I had a split pipe on the mains water supply just below the stopcock, in a difficult position. I called DCL and described the problem to a very helpful and understanding lady. Because of the urgency, she re-directed a Plumber to look at the split pipe. The DCL plumber carefully created access to the leaking pipe and advised it was caused by a rodent chewing the plastic pipe. The plumber carried out an excellent repair to the pipe, and floorboard. He kindly installed a new washing machine and gave advice on rodent control. I would highly recommend DCL Drains and Plumbing Services.

Cameron and Ben did an excellent job in replacing a collapsed soakaway. They worked hard and professionally, completing the work in good time and clearing up tidily afterwards. I would not hesitate in employing DCL Drains on other work in the future, or in recommending them to others.

DCL drains were fantastic from the first visit to the completion of the works. I needed a Thames Water drain re-routed as it was going through the proposed foundations for my new extension. Both guys worked liked machines to hand dig all the necessary trenches. They then installed clay pipe to TW standards and installed a new inspection chamber. Communication was excellent throughout and they provided me with some useful advice around other aspects of my build. Highly recommend.
