Fantastic experience from start to finish! Des the founder came out at short notice just before the Easter bank holiday weekend to perform and initial assessment / quote, who was friendly, polite and clearly very experienced with this kind of job and was happy to explain exactly what was required for it to be done. Des arrived on time on the day with his colleague, and was happy to answer all my questions re the work which was carried out to a very high standard, with regular updates on progress, with them finishing the job in the day - would definitely recommend!

We used D C L plumbing to fix a leak under the kitchen floor. They came out on the day along with other plumbers and they explained the issue and what it would take - they came up with solutions to minimize the work and job which was really appreciated and didn’t scare etc. The work was carried out promptly and to a great standard and the make good works were excellent given where the leak was. They were excellent with communication and just great throughout the process - would recommend and absolutely use again

I was in a right pickle when i called dcl and told them i had broken my stopcock valve so had no water supply, Desi was very helpful and professional and sent someone out to me immediately. Cameron was the engineer and he couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable he repaired the valve in good time and even gave me some helpful advice on some work i was doing in the bathroom absolutely top guys, thank you!

Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the process and informed me of the issues. I would definitely recommend to my friends and families for work to be done in their houses.

Very friendly member of staff devised a plan to investigate and address a drainage issue. Came back to follow through with the plan and sorted out the problem.
