We discovered a blocked gully outlet from our driveway after a torrential rain storm. I contacted D C L Drainage and Plumbing who were able to do the work within a few hours of my call. Excellent service and Ian the operative was a very pleasant guy to deal with and talked us through the process. The job was completed quickly and effectively.

Right from first speaking to DCL about our issue and getting it booked in, all staff have been courteous and helpful. Ian arrived on time, got straight on with the work in hand and completed it to an excellent standard. Ian tidied up after himself and also helped me tape round the new drain on the driveway so no-one could drive over the new cement. An excellent company to deal with and paying was easy too.

Needed a leaking kitchen tap replacing. Clear and prompt communication and able to complete the work quite quickly. A high standard of work and clean method of working. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

DCL came out to assess a leak we so we can reduce the risk of it getting worse. Technicians came out to see us quickly and let us know what the issue was and how we can minimise the risk of damage while we are away. The technicians who attended were very professional and communicated everything every clearly and gave us a rough costing to get the problem resolved. Very happy with the service we have received! Both the technician and the trainee (sorry I didn't catch your names!) were very friendly too which was really appreciated!
