  Structural Report for existing build

  Sundeep provided a structural report for an existing building we own. He was very thorough in his approach and review of the building and pointed out some small maintenance issues that we had missed, which was very helpful. Sundeep was really helpful in meeting our timelines as we were on a tight schedule, and his flexibility helped us achieve our own plans allowing us to carry on with following work. Overall his services were really helpful and I would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again.

  Structural Survey on a Grade II Listed, Mixed Use Property

  Good job, DCE Global Limited. You were thorough in your approach and put a lot of consideration into the Structural Survey I commissioned. ALl the colleagues I spoke to were most helpful. The fact that the property is listed and is pre-Victorian did not pose any problem at all. Thank you for a good job. I would recommend DCE Global Limited.

  party wall survey requested

  Company calls me. Discuss my needs. Ask to me to fill a form of engagement and asks for various contact details after agreeing the price. I don't hear from him for a week. No emails, no calls. I call him a week later for him to say he's now too busy and can't do the job. No communication and absolutely no respect for the time he wasted. Disgusting attitude and awful communication. Avoid this company like the plague.

  This job involved representing an adjoining neighbour’s party wall surveyor for a client who has very difficult, non-communicative relations with the adjoining building owner. We agreed on the price, and after contacting the building owner, we discovered that he was building six meters beyond the party walls. Therefore, the Party Wall Act did not apply to these works. As a responsible professional company, we explained this to the client in a professional manner. However, he was still reluctant to move forward and wanted us to correspond directly with the adjoining neighbour, which we politely declined.

  Independent Survey on a House on Behalf of Buyer

  The surveyor was commissioned to complete an independent survey on a house I am purchasing. He worked timely and effectively in visiting the property and completing the report, providing sufficient detail and explanations. His report included enough information without making it too overwhelming and it was written clearly and in accessible language. I am happy to have chosen this company for their services.
