Sundeep was really helpful! I was looking for some honest advice about some water damage to beams, and a chimney repair on the ground floor. His advice was straight to the point, with all the details I needed and insights into building regs. He also answered a follow up email the next day. Would recommend.

Sundeep had already drawn structural plans for the work I was having done. Unfortunately the builder discovered unknown issues once he had started the work which meant we required new plans to satisfy the building control order. I contacted Sundeep and he arranged a revisit within a week to meet with my builder so they could formulate a new structural plan, this meant work was not unduly delayed and was very appreciated.

The survey was carried out efficiently and promptly.

We instructed for a review of the loft reinforcement, it took over a month for the report to be ready and the report covers nothing about the loft. No response from the engineer for over a month after raising the issue.

Not fully satisfied with the work, cos on the first day he missed the appointment due his car was broken down. On the other day he came around 18:30 when it was dark and even didnt bring Lights to look outside. He took pictures of the cracks with the poor resolution camera which took approx 15-20 minutes . He asked me to supply the daylight pictures via email of the all three sides of the house and the cracks as well, So I did send them. No equiments and probes were used.
