Sundeep was really helpful! I was looking for some honest advice about some water damage to beams, and a chimney repair on the ground floor. His advice was straight to the point, with all the details I needed and insights into building regs. He also answered a follow up email the next day. Would recommend.

Sundeep had already drawn structural plans for the work I was having done. Unfortunately the builder discovered unknown issues once he had started the work which meant we required new plans to satisfy the building control order. I contacted Sundeep and he arranged a revisit within a week to meet with my builder so they could formulate a new structural plan, this meant work was not unduly delayed and was very appreciated.

The survey was carried out efficiently and promptly.
