I needed to replace my ageing residential burglar alarm system and , I decided to proceed with DCA. At every stage all interactions and communications ( verbal & written ) with the office staff & follow up engineer visits ( pre install site survey and actual on the day installation ) were exemplary . At all times , they were all most courteous and quickly responsive to any enquires , clarifying / documenting every step , thus making the process of choosing & installing the system , most effortless& reassuring . The system proposed & subsequently installed , suited my needs exactly .

We recently upgraded our security alarm system, and we're really pleased with the outcome. The new system is faster, more reliable, and much easier to use than our previous setup. The monitoring features are more advanced, and the mobile app makes it simple to check the system and receive alerts in real time. Right through from the initial quote visit, to liaising with the office staff (especially Sam, who was so patient and helpful) right through to the recent installation (carried out by a lovely gentlemen called Tony), everything was smooth and clearly explained. Highly recommended!

This was the first time I had any contact with DCA, who have taken over from M25. The two men who conducted my routine annual maintenance check were very prompt, efficient and professional. They checked everything, changed the alarm covers and contact phone numbers, and explained their new service to me. All seemed pretty good to me

DCA have looked after my alarm and gate systems since the original provider decided they weren't interested anymore. And I have been delighted with their response to everything since. The best test of any company is when problems occur - and when we had issues over an alternative replacement unit, they stuck with it and resolved the problem and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Matt from DCA Security is very friendly and helpful. He works quietly to check thoroughly the system and is very thorough! Wouldn’t have anyone else if he is available!
