Amazing Amazing Amazing. Many thanks to Ollie (owner), he came around after working hours to survey and he give us advice what will be better for us. Answered all our questions. Many thanks to Ross (the engineer) very respectful of our belongings and the property. He went the extra mile and beyond, very clean and very tidy. Professionals !!! All this for half of the price asked by a bigger A company.

DCA Security were most effective at restoring my alarm system. They attended promptly and the engineer was both expert in carrying out the work, and delightful to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending DCA.

The engineer rang early to let me know he was caught in traffic and was running a little behind. When he arrived he was very pleasant. I briefly showed him where all the equipment was in all of the rooms and he was happy to carry on and carried out the service successfully. I found him very easy to talk too and felt very comfortable with the work he carried out. He seemed to be very experienced. Excellent service.

The engineer arrived on time and after removing his outdoor shoes started to inspect the alarm system. He was extremely courteous and worked almost silently. He did a wonderful job and was a great advertisement for his employer. A good job well done with the minimum of fuss. A pleasure to have him in the property.

This was an appointment for my annual service. Very prompt arrival and batteries quickly changed. Lovely engineer, explained everything. Really friendly too.
