  Dave answered the phone politely, asked pertinent questions and promised to call the following day. He messaged me when he was on his way to the appt. He diagnosed issue with dishwasher and resolved it within his first visit. He also checked the washing machine, ordered the replacement part and returned to fit the part as arranged. Reliable, polite and good at his job. Would recommend and would contact Dave again should the need arise.
