Fast response and easy booking, but disappointing service. I sent videos before booking, yet was still encouraged to pay for a call-out. In the end, I was told the machine needed a new drum costing nearly the price of a new one. I was also chased for payment despite the invoice allowing two weeks to pay. Overall, it felt like I paid the call-out fee without getting a helpful outcome.

Hi Mandy Iām sorry you feel this way but I went out my way to accommodate getting to your tenanted property before Xmas and informed you that although the appliance is fixable i deemed it beyond economical repair. The choice was still up to you. Payment is still required as time and travel still happened, all explained up front
