Polite courteous chap, however I was not at home at time of repair, and family member was present. Unfortunately hose pipe was not secured properly and has leaked water and have had to get another workman to correct fault. Also, copper pipe was not clipped back in correctly.

Hi Iam sorry this has happened Sunjay and if you had called me I would of been back out to fix but I tested appliance before I left and it was sound + water tight , I didn’t put machine back in expensive surround which was pre agreed so I didn’t damage it. To my understanding the machine was in perfect working order when I left - what happened after I left is out of my control. Thanks Dave
