I'm sorry that you feel ignored, but as it clearly shows on our communication that I have on numerous occasions provided information and adjusted my invoice to help your claim with your insurance company. This time of year is an extremely busy period and I work on my tools for the majority of the day. A phone call reminder would have been appreciated and I could have sent you the required information. This job was completed with a very short turnaround, knowing that you had a newborn child in the property. My main concern was that you had heating and hot water as a priority for your child
