  Radiator repair.

  I asked Dan at very short notice for an urgent quote to fix a radiator that had come off of wall, his response was amazing and I had a quote later that day. He went above and beyond expectations and was very efficient and professional. He knew exactly what was needed to do the repair. I can’t wait for him to fulfil the job when I get in touch with him. I will put in another review after job is completed but so far I have every confidence that he will do an amazing job. Thank you Dan it’s so nice to have a trader to rely on.

  Emergency call out for no heating during severe cold weather

  We called Dan to see if he could help and he did not hesitate. He arrived so promptly and not only fixed our heating in an extreme storm but also repositioned a magnetic filter so we could finally refit our cover to hide all the pipe work which our last service people left us unable to. A brilliant service which I’m sure will gain many followers for their services 10/10

  Wet room installation

  I am disabled with multiple sclerosis. I needed a wet room putting into a downstairs bedroom. All of the wet room fittings were installed by Dan who owns db plumbing and heating. I cannot fault his work at all. On top of his work, he advised against some taps in preference for some much more "user friendly" ones. He then sourced them himself.   The work was completed to a very high standard and in good time. The workers were professional, competent and pleasant. They went above and beyond, restoring my faith in good tradespeople. My brother and I are grateful for such a good outcome, a lovely new bathroom.

  Gas water flow problem F1

  Dan rang at about 6pm and offered to come straight around. He sorted the problem really efficiently and explained what the problem was, what caused it and how to resolve it in the future. Excellent.
