  The work carried out was repair to a Neff double oven. I rang on the Monday & the visit was booked for the following day, The engineer arrived promptly and after explaining the problem, he set to work. The job was fixed very quickly, afterwards he explained what he had done. We previously had to call them out to look at our Bloomberg fridge freezer. Again the problem was solved fairly quickly , but unfortunately it took a long time for the part to arrive from the Manufacturer. Not the engineer's fault at all. This particular gentleman is very knowledgeable and helpful. thank you.
