Excellent service. I spoke to the Uckfield store who advised me to bring in my vacuum cleaner in order for it to be picked up, taken to Eastbourne store, repaired and returned to Uckfield. The turn around time was very quick. They picked it up on a Tuesday and I had a call the following Tuesday, explaining what the issue was and the price.

Prompt reply by phone, discussed, and visit arranged for next day. Repair carried out quickly by Rob, engineer, polite and efficient.

DB Domestics were quick professional and good value for money.

They did a great job, and we're quick, fair priced and didn't try and add extra costs. Would use again!
