Quick and the best price

Oven not heating: Engineer couldn't remove hob screw, abandoned job claiming safety concern about gas element. We removed it safely with basic tools later, proving safety wasn't the real issue. £30 return visit entirely due to engineer's failure. They say a second visit is necessary if they don't have parts, but we'll never know as engineer never accessed appliance. They had cooker model from day 1. Upfront phone payments with no receipt. Booked via Checkatrade (CAT), verbal quote only, no written terms, never referred to web. Complained to CAT with evidence. Refused to refund. Don't use them.

The service I received from Michelle who researched the model of Shark vacuum cleaner which would best suit me was amazing. I phoned during the morning of 27 May, and explained my requirements to her. Michelle researched which model would best suit me and called me back a few hours later. I checked the descriptions of the model she recommended on the internet and decided it would definitely meet my needs. I then called her back, purchased the model over the phone and it was delivered to me less then 1 hour. The service received by your company was, as always, first class.

Despite an irritating initial hiccup the engineer returned only a short while later with the correct part and fixed my washing machine. He was pleasant and worked quickly.
