  Service to Burglar Alarm/ Supplied/Fitted new Alarm Sensors and provided advice for CCTV issue

  The Technician was polite, and knowledgeable and found out exactly what the problems is with my CCTV Recorder. He provided great advice and installed three house alarm sensors to a satisfactory standard. This is the second time I've used D B Alarms and will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

  Replacement Security Light

  This company chosen to replace broken security light. Good communication and job completed in requested timescale. Great price too. Would recommend D B Alarms and will definitely use for any other work.

  Alarm battery was removed from property without owners permission

  Requested a review and upgrade to our current alarm system that was no longer working since we had walls replastered in the house. Prior to the replastering, The battery in the alarm was replaced with a brand new one due to a low battery warning. DB alarms reviewed the system and could not repair and suggested replacing with a wireless system which we did not want. We requested a review by another alarm company who on opening the alarm found there was no battery present. This had been removed from the alarm on the initial inspection by DB alarms! We were not informed that the battery was taken

  This truly is the best company

  Matt was very professional and efficient i was kept informed all the way. The alarm works great and the app let's me do all sorts of stuff it's brilliant. I felt very comfortable with Matt in my home and that is saying something as I dislike tradesman and always feel they are trying to take advantage but not this company, they give me the options and let me decide in my own time. I highly recommend this company for workmanship and professionalism

  Alarm, cameras and doorbell fitted - Great job

  We chose DB Alarms as they are local to us and have a great reputation. We're glad we did. We had an alarm system, recording CCTV cameras and a Ring doorbell fitted. The installation was done quickly, very neatly and for a very good price. Everything was explained and demonstrated to us clearly and we feel a lot more secure as a result.
