I am so glad I saw an advert for DB Alarms when I searched for local CCTV installation companies and I knew I had picked the right company as soon as I spoke to Matt on the phone. A genuinely great guy who is very knowledgeable and wants to help. No pushy sales. An appointment was booked and Craig visited to chat through our requirements, what a true gent, no pressure, no hard sell just genuine support. Installation was done in about half a day in a very tidy and efficient manner. We can’t honestly fault this company. Please support this family run business you won’t regret it!

Excellent service. Matt arrived on time (10 minutes early !) Removed old system and then fitted new alarm in less time than he estimated it would take. He explained clearly how the system worked and all options available. Would definitely recommend to others

My alarm develop a fault and I needed a rapid resolution. Matt from D B Alarms agreed a visit date and time and kept me informed as to who would be attending and when. Engineer was prompt, friendly, knowledge and happy to talk me through what was found and the repair that he undertook. Workspace was left clean and tidy. Would recommend.
