Easily arranged. The engineer's arrival was delayed by an earlier job, but he was determined to keep his appointment. He arrived late on a Friday afternoon and worked late into the evening to ensure he completed the job as arranged. That's typical of DB Alarms who have been 100% reliable, personable and helpful in the past. I've been with them since the business started and wouldn't consider any other company.

Excellent service each and every time. So professional, contactable, responsive, polite and great value for maintenance and support of our alarm system. We have used DB Alarms for many years and for other members of the family, and can highly recommend them.

The dedicated technician worked very late into the evening, in inclement weather, to honour the booking that had been made. The work was first class. It's rare to find a company - and staff - who are so customer oriented so I have no hesitation whatsoever to commending DB Alarms.
